We generally do not work with properties priced below 15,000€/week, unless you are searching for a villa during the off-season or for a longer-term stay.
Many clients return year after year and reserve their preferred villa well in advance. Due to the limited number of truly exceptional properties available each season, demand is often high early on.
In most cases, a significant number of the best villas are already booked by January, and by July availability becomes extremely limited. Thanks to our local network, we can sometimes propose additional off-market options, but we always recommend booking early if you find a villa that fits your requirements.

Luxury Villa Rental in Monaco
Once you have accepted a villa offer, a deposit will be required to secure the property for your dates.
In the unlikely event that the villa is no longer available, you will be refunded or offered an alternative property.
Within 8 weeks of arrival, the remaining rental balance will be due, along with a security deposit. If there are no damages or additional charges, it will be refunded within 30 working days. Should any concierge services or damages apply, a detailed statement will be provided and the relevant amount deducted before the balance is returned.
